Bernardo Rossello is a Corporate Human Behavior Specialist and the Co-Founder & CEO of The LEM Group and DISC Americas. With over 10,000 hours of clinical and practical experience in corporate environments, Bernardo specializes in transforming executive leadership, resolving team conflicts, and optimizing interpersonal communication across cultures.
Moving beyond traditional methodologies that rely on static profiles or incomplete assessments, Bernardo’s consulting framework is anchored in the comprehensive 41-Blends system originating from Dr. Robert A. Rohm and the Personality Insights Institute, where he serves as a certified Master Trainer.
As a bilingual consultant (English and Spanish) holding a Master of Science in Education in Instructional Technology with a focus on Adult Learning and Organizations from Purdue Global University, Bernardo equips C-level executives and Human Resources Directors with the behavioral architecture necessary to scale their organizations, retain top talent, and build high-performance teams.
